The Prairie Life Fitness Jump Start is designed to improve new members’ results and increase member satisfaction by effectively integrating and introducing new members to the facility, equipment, programs, and services available within the club.
Depending on a new member’s specific needs, goals and interests, the Jump Start may include FREE introductory sessions with a personal trainer, pilates instructor, group fitness manager, youth services manager or any other program staff member who could help the new member successfully begin their membership.
