Youth Class Spring Sessions

Children will have fun and develop a lifelong appreciation of movement, physical fitness and exercise. We offer age appropriate classes including Dance, Tumbling, Recreation, Play Ground Games, Racquetball, Tennis, Soccer, Basketball, Yoga, and MORE. Spring session runs nine weeks. Monday’s March 4th ~ March 25th 6:30-7:15pm These hi-energy full body jam session fuse cardio, squats, core and more with drumming Ripstix’s and driving rhythms. Join Jessica and her crew in Studio A. No sign-up needed Included in membership.

Mermaid Swim Session

Saturday, March 16th & Sunday, March 17th 11:00-11:45am Saturday, March 23rd & Saturday, March 24th 11:00-11:45am Future mermaids will learn how to use the dolphin kick successfully with the aid of a mermaid tail. Children get to keep their tail. Underwater photo included. For children who have passed Preschool 3- Level 2 and higher. Must be comfortable with head under water and maintaining breath for at least 3 seconds. Two classes are being offered. Each class runs two consecutive days. Women’s Self Defense

Saturday, March 23rd 1:30-4:00pm Presented by: Women’s Self Defense Project 360 with Claudia Brown. Develop proper skills for improving social and physical self-defense. Increase your personal safety and decrease chances of becoming a target. Learn effective techniques for escaping physical and sexual assault. Chair Yoga Series

Wednesday’s 11:15am-12:15pm March 20th –April 10th. Join Keefer for an in-depth practice using the Yoga Chair. B.K.S. Iyengar, the father of western yoga’ developed the use of blocks, straps, chairs, and other props to make asana more assessable, and effective. Chairs provided stability and leverage that enhance seated, rotational, standing, inverted, and reclining poses. 4 weeks, 4 sessions, $55. Friday Night Teen Workout Party

Friday, March 29th 6:00-8:30pm These monthly workout parties for members’ age 11-13yrs, are all about having fun, staying active, and making friends. Staffed by Trainers and Youth Activities Staff, each month has different theme. This month’s theme ~ “Balls and Racquets” will feature badminton, pickleball, racquetball, and tennis. Fitness activities and drills inspired by these court sports, along with some game play will be included. All in a friendly and inclusive environment. $15 includes post workout snacks and beverages.
