Triathlon stroke clinic

FLASH Swim Lessons

Monday, December 31st – Thursday, January 3rd Give the gift of confidence in the water! Four small group Red Cross based swimming lessons of the holidays. A great way to squeeze in some quick lessons and help kids burn off energy over winter break. Three times to choose from: 10:30-11:00am (Pre 1 & 2, Level 5), 11:15-11:45am (Level 1 & 2 , Level 5 & 6), 12:00-12:30am (Pre 3, Level 3) $40 per child, for four days of swimming lessons.

Intro to Pickle Ball at PLF

Whether you're a seasoned or novice players, we invite you to drop in to see the game demonstrated, learn rules and scoring, followed by pick-up play for all skill levels. Pickle Ball is very easy to learn and fun to play. No sign-up Necessary. Included in membership. Restorative Yoga

Saturday, January 26th 2:00-3:30pm Treat yourself to this restorative and relaxing experience. This ninety minute gentle yoga class utilizes bolsters, sandbags, and guided mediation to leave you feeling rested, rejuvenated and ready for the holidays with less stress. Friday Night Teen Workout Party

Friday January 25th 6:30-8:30pm Members 11- 13yrs and their guests will enjoy a workout party hosted by our Youth Activities staff. This month’s theme is “Balls and Racquets.” Participants will rotate though fun and challenge stations featuring a variety of drills inspired by Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton, Football and more, in a friendly and inclusive environment. Pickle Ball will also be introduced!! The goal of these workout parties is to have fun, make friends, and stay fit. $15 includes snacks and beverages Non- member guests welcome if accompanied by member.
